Because our products are custom-supplied and professionally installed on-site, we do not accept returns in the traditional sense. All installations are final once completed and signed off by the customer.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship. If there is an issue with the product or installation, we will work with you to resolve it under our warranty and service terms.
Please note:
No returns are accepted after installation.
Faulty components are covered under manufacturer warranties.
Any issues or concerns should be reported within 14 days of installation.
