The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Electrician to lead and deliver a wide range of electrical installations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects, mentoring junior electricians, and ensuring all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical installations in both domestic and commercial environments.

  • Install and commission solar PV systems and battery storage solutions.

  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults.

  • Supervise, support, and train junior electricians and apprentices.

  • Ensure compliance with NICEIC, BS7671 wiring regulations, and health & safety standards.

  • Manage projects from start to finish, maintaining strong client relationships.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Fully qualified electrician with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).

  • Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.

  • Proven experience in both domestic and commercial electrical installations.

  • Hands-on experience with solar PV and battery storage systems.

  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.

  • Full UK driving licence.
