UKGEI Halloween Pumpkin Hunt: Terms and Conditions
Promoter. This competition is run by UK Green Energy Installations, registered in England and Wales as LS Electrical Ltd, company number 4084231, registered office A1 Company Services Limited, 788-790 Finchley Road, London ("the Promoter").
Eligibility. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, their families, and anyone connected with running the competition are not eligible.
No purchase necessary. No purchase or payment is needed to enter.
How to enter. Find the three hidden pumpkin images on the Promoter's website (www.ukgei.co.uk) and submit the correct page for each through the official entry form. Entries by other means will not be accepted.
Closing date. The competition opens on 30th September and closes at 5pm on Friday 23rd October. Entries received after this will not be counted.
One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries made by third parties or by automated means are not valid.
Winner selection. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries within 3 days of the closing date. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize. The prize is one Halloween-inspired hamper. The contents may vary. There is no cash or other alternative, and the prize cannot be transferred.
Contacting the winner. The winner will be notified by email. If they do not respond within 2 days, the Promoter may withdraw the prize and draw a new winner.
Delivery. The prize will be delivered free of charge to a UK address provided by the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for delays or loss caused by third-party couriers.
Publicity. The winner's first name and county may be announced on the Promoter's website and social media. Any other use of their name or image will need their prior consent.
Data protection. Personal data will be used only to administer the competition and contact the winner, in line with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law. Data will only be used for marketing if the entrant has opted in, and they can withdraw consent at any time.
General. The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary. The Promoter is not liable for any technical failure that prevents entry. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
